You will receive a telephone assessment and then a face-to-face appointment if required.

We are able to book interpreters for patients who speak little or no English. This service works best if you book an appointment in advance, so we can arrange for a translator to be at the surgery for your appointment tome. If you attend the surgery for an on the day or an emergency appointment we will not be able to provide a translator here in person.

We have access to a telephone translation service and this may be used in the case of an emergency. If you feel that you or a member of your family would benefit from having a translator present at their consultation please ask the receptionist to book one when you book your appointment.
