Prescribing wisely

Repeat Prescriptionsmedication7

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made using the re-order form on the right side of your prescription. Please tick all items you require.  If you do not have a request form, please write down clearly your name, address, date of birth and the items you are requesting.

Requests can be made via fax, by post or in person at the surgery. Please note postal requests require a stamped addressed envelope and patients should allow up to one week for return.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple one-off registration.

Please note we will only take telephone requests from housebound patients.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Some medications you take may require you seeing the doctor once a month. If this is the case please ensure you book an appointment in advance before you run out of medication.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
